Standard shipping is free of charge from within Germany.
We also offer express shipping for an additional charge if you need it fast.

 

SHIPPING TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE GERMANY

We charge shipping costs for shipments to addresses outside Germany. Refer to the following table for pricing.

Our online shop will also show you the shipping costs during the ordering process before you place your order. You will also be given the option of standard or express shipping as available at your delivery address.

Please pay attention to rules and regulations for each individual country when ordering, as we cannot take responsibility if additional costs arise from local regulations.

 

RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS WITHIN 60 DAYS

We hope you will be a hundred percent delighted with your new John Doe product. Even so, you may still send your unused item back to us in saleable condition or exchange it for an equivalent product within 60 days from the date on the bill.

When returning from Non-EU countries, please keep in mind the customs rules and regulations for returning, otherwise we cannot guarantee that you package will be delivered to us. It is highly recommended to send us an email before returning your package.

RETURNED GOODS WITHIN GERMANY

Returns are free within Germany. Create and print an RMA label here. You may take your shipment including the RMA label to a post office or DHL Packstation and return it to us free of charge. Remember to ask for a postal receipt and keep it at least until we have e-mailed you confirming that your package has arrived safely. We cannot honour returns or track shipments that go missing on the way to us without a postal receipt. Please be patient. it can take up to six working days for returned goods to be signed in at our returns centre.

 

RETURNED GOODS SENT FROM ABROAD

Note that we cannot offer free postage for goods returned from outside Germany. We recommend that you keep your postal receipt in a safe place until we e-mail you with confirmation that your package has arrived safely at our returns centre. Also note that we will only assume responsibility for the shipment once we have signed it in at our returns centre; we cannot be held responsible for shipments that go missing on the way. You are of course free to choose a carrier of your choice to return the goods. A highly convenient solution we recommend is to create a DHL return address label online.
